The expansion of the Marine Sector of the Port of Canet-en-Roussillon and the construction of an industrial polygon dedicated to the manufacture of pleasure boats on a surface of 75 ha is based on the following arrangement:
• Central axis. Parkway. Articulates the different sectors of the Polygon up to the sea. Access routes and separate walk ways.
• Hydraulic transparency zone. Wetlands to compensate.
• Place / Parking in reticulated form, in the zone of "hydraulic transparency". Existing building. • Parking-pine forest behind the beach.
• Restoration of the dune system.
